“Super Draw”
Article 1: Organizing company
Vignobles Michel Baudet, whose headquarters is located at 15 route de Compostelle, 33390 Plassac, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled “Super Draw” on Saturday; April 2, 2022 to Sunday April 3, 2022 6 p.m.) accessible on its stand during the Blaye Spring Wine Festival 2022 (Pavilion 1 – Stand C9).
Article 2: Conditions of access to the game
This game is open to all adults, excluding staff members of the organizing organizations and their families, and more generally to all people who participated directly or indirectly in the development of the competition.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
To access the game and play, simply complete the participation form and place it in the specific box located at the Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin company stand during the Blaye Spring Wine Festival 2019 (Pavilion 1 – Stand C9). The participant must enter their first and last name, mobile phone number, postal address and valid email address. Forms with missing or incorrect information will not be considered. Registration of entries is carried out continuously during the competition period, the time of receipt of the registration being taken as proof. No other means of participation (in particular by mail) will be taken into account. Only one participation will be recorded per natural person (same name or same contact details) for the entire duration of a game session. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity and address by the Organizing Company, without however it has the obligation to carry out a systematic verification of all entries received, but may possibly limit this verification to potential winners. Any attempt at fraud will result in the elimination of the participant(s).
Article 4: Case of nullity
Any registration that is incomplete or contains false or erroneous information will be considered null and void. Any false or inconsistent mention will result in the immediate elimination of the participant. To compensate for possible invalid ballots, if a participation ballot drawn at random, after verification by the Organizing Company, was invalid, for the reasons mentioned in article 3 of these regulations, the Organizing Company will carry out another draw. comes out to replace the invalidated ballot(s).
Article 5: Designation of winners
There are a total of fifteen (15) winners. Each winner will be awarded one (1) prize. They will be chosen by a draw. The draw will be made on Sunday April 3, 2022; at 6:05 p.m. (UTC+1) on the stand of Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin (Pavillon 1 – Stand C9), by an employee of Vignobles Michel Baudet. The winners will be informed of their winnings by SMS or email. To benefit from their prize, they will have to prove their identity by means of an official document. If the winner remains unreachable or does not respond within a maximum of 48 hours from the e-mail sent by Vignobles Michel Baudet, he will lose the benefit of his prize. If the winner is unable to benefit from their prize, they may pass it on to the person of their choice. Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of the organizing company which reserves the right to put them back into play.
Article 6: Designation of lots
There are a total of sixteen (16) prizes to be won. These prizes are 10 (ten) places for one (1) person for the Escape Game Le Trésor de Charlemagne or 3 (three) places for one (1) person for the Cheese Workshop or 3 (three) places for one (1) person for the Assembly Workshop.
The number of registrants per session must be:
- 4 people (minimum) to 8 people (maximum) for the Escape Game
- 2 people (minimum) for the Cheese Workshop
- 5 people minimum for the Assembly Workshop.
The prize is valid until December 31, 2022.
Article 7: Force majeure
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable due to the impossibility of contacting the winner. It cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of communication outages, connection difficulties or failure of the website server. It is specified that the organizing company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension or the end of the game, for any reason. whatsoever, or from any direct or indirect damage which may result, in any way, from a connection to the sites. It is up to each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the sites and participation in the game is done under their entire responsibility. The responsibility of Vignobles Michel Baudet cannot be incurred if, due to a case of force majeure or beyond their control, the game had to be shortened, modified or canceled.
Amendments, or in the event of force majeure, modifications to these regulations may possibly be published during the game, in particular by posting on the Vignobles Michel Baudet stand during the Printemps des Vins de Blaye, Citadelle de Blaye, Pavilion 1 – Stand C9.
It cannot be held liable in this respect and no compensation of any kind whatsoever can be paid to participants.
Article 8: Acceptance of the regulations
The simple fact of participating in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations in their entirety. A copy of the regulations can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it in writing to the following address: Vignobles Michel Baudet, 15 route de Compostelle, 33390 Plassac.
Article 9: Personal information concerning participants
All information that the candidate communicates by completing the game participation form is intended solely for Vignobles Michel Baudet, responsible for processing, and will remain confidential. It is understood that in application of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the candidate for the game has a right of opposition, access, rectification and withdrawal of personal data concerning him. To exercise this right, the candidate must send their request in writing to the organizing company.
Article 11: Complaints
Any dispute or complaint to this game will only be taken into account if it is addressed during the duration of the game, the postmark being taken as proof. Any dispute or complaint must be made by simple letter addressed to the organizer of the game whose contact details appear in article 1. This letter must indicate the precise date of participation in the game, the full contact details of the player and the exact reason for the CONTESTATION. No other method of dispute or complaint can be taken into account.
Article 12: Applicable law and disputes
These game rules are subject to French law. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the organizer's gaming system has probative force in any dispute regarding the computer processing of said information relating to the game. Participation in the game entails acceptance of the game. arbitration of last resort by the organizing company for all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or application of these regulations. All cases not provided for in these regulations will be decided by the organizing company. Any fraud or attempted fraud in this game by a participant will result in the elimination of the latter and may give rise to prosecution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court.
